Production line leader

1. Be responsible for the work arrangement, distribution, adjustment of operators, and ensure the utilization rate of machines, equipment and personnel is 100%.

2. Set production targets, review the achievement status every day, and complete PMC production schedule with quality and quantity guaranteed.

3. Supervise the operators to operate in strict accordance with the process, carry out self inspection, mutual inspection and patrol inspection to ensure the product quality.

4. Train the employees of the unit: quality awareness, mechanical performance, operation process, production safety, and make records.

5. The tracking of all kinds of order quantity, from incoming materials, processing, circulation, warehousing, does not break the production in each link.

6. The production report shall be filled in timely and accurately, and submitted within ten minutes after the shift handover.

7. The defective products shall be handled in time. After the product is off the machine, there shall be no untreated products.

8. Carry out 6S in workshop and production site.

9. Carry out daily spot check on the equipment used by the unit and keep records.

10. Make workshop materials, picking, transferring and warehousing account.

11. Record the attendance of personnel and make the monthly employment plan of the unit

12. Be responsible for the performance and 6S assessment of employees.
